Seeing him endure this, I took it upon myself to find him a better place. Helping him through this experience made me understand my ability to help people find quality communities and care and provide sound advice to fulfill their wants and needs."

I took care of an elderly gentleman named Fred. I was in charge of giving him his medication, preparing and serving his meals, taking him to doctor's appointments, taking him out for walks and meals (sometimes) and just having conversations. I loved talking with him and hearing about his life! When he had to be placed in an Assisted Living Community, it gave me a deep compassion for what older adults go through as they age and a unique perspective in being able to assist them and their families with finding placement.

I grew up in San Diego and moved to Tennessee one year ago. I have 3 boys: Derek (20,) Ethan (18), and Andrew (15). I love spending time with my boys watching movies and going out to eat and even a simple walk around town for window-shopping. Listening to audio books as I drive is a real passion of mine. It's a great way to pass the time.
